Termination

Either party may end a written engagement according to the termination clause in the relevant statement of work. If no separate agreement exists, either party may stop using the public website and informational materials at any time. Termination of a paid engagement does not erase obligations to pay for work performed up to the effective date, nor obligations to keep confidential information protected. Sections intended to survive termination continue in force, including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law.

Acceptance

By accessing this website, downloading materials, or submitting a contact request, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization where applicable. If you disagree with these terms, discontinue use immediately. We may update these terms to reflect operational changes, regulatory guidance, or product clarifications. Updates take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for non-consumer business visitors; consumers retain statutory rights that cannot be waived here.

Intellectual property

PulseForge Embedded retains rights to its trademarks, copy, layout, diagrams, and downloadable templates unless a separate license states otherwise. You may quote short excerpts for internal technical review with attribution. You may not scrape the site to build a competing dataset, resell our templates, or remove proprietary notices. Client deliverables created under a paid engagement are governed by the applicable statement of work, which may grant you a license to use deliverables internally while reserving underlying methodologies where expressly stated.

Service description

The website describes firmware optimization services for medical devices in summary form. A binding scope exists only after a written proposal is countersigned. We do not provide medical advice, regulatory approvals, or formal certification outcomes through this site. Performance improvements depend on your hardware, toolchain, team participation, and verification constraints. We document assumptions openly and expect engineering leaders to validate fit against their internal quality standards and program milestones.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PulseForge Embedded and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on informational content. Aggregate liability for any claim related to the site without a separate contract is limited to the greater of one hundred euros or the amount you paid for the specific paid engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the notice of claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited for consumers under Hungarian law.

Governing law and disputes

These materials are prepared for teams operating in Hungary and address EU data protection concepts at a high level. They do not replace counsel. Where national law adds requirements beyond this text, the stricter requirement applies for consumers and, where relevant, for business counterparties subject to Hungarian consumer protection rules. For business disputes arising from these terms where no separate arbitration clause applies, the courts of Budapest, Hungary, have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least thirty days before initiating formal proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required to protect personal safety or highly sensitive confidential materials.

User obligations

You will not misuse forms to transmit malware, harass staff, or generate deceptive inquiries. You will supply accurate contact details and honor commitments to attend scheduled calls. You will not attempt to probe systems beyond normal browsing, and you will not misrepresent affiliation with regulators or enterprises. If you provide third-party information, you confirm you have permission to share it for the stated purpose.

Definitions

“PulseForge Embedded,” “we,” and “us” refer to the consulting practice publishing this site. “You” refers to the visitor or organization interacting with the site. “Deliverables” means documents, measurements, or code recommendations explicitly listed in a signed engagement. “External reviewers” refers to notified bodies, auditors, or enterprise client reviewers outside our organization. “Enterprise markets” refers to the regulated commercial environments in which your devices are marketed, without implying any particular approval by PulseForge Embedded.

Notices

Formal notices regarding these terms should be emailed from a domain-controlled mailbox to contact@asset-station.digital unless another channel is specified in a countersigned agreement. Notices are deemed received on the next business day in Hungary after successful transmission without bounce. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information in any portal we provide for active clients.

Order of precedence

If a conflict exists between these website terms and a countersigned statement of work, the statement of work prevails for that engagement. If a conflict exists between this text and a non-binding brochure, this text prevails. Headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays enforceable to the maximum extent permitted.
